A person cannot be completely positive no matter how hard one tries to think there is always a glimpse of negativity and that should be normalized.

Positive life and a positive mind are both different, you can’t have a positive mind with a negative life or have a positive life with a negative mind. Your attitude towards others must be positive that way you can engage with others positively. You can inspire others to be more positive in their life in the way they see you. You see the possibilities when others only see the negativity.
You forget about your discouragements and your failures and focus on your accomplishments more. Positive thinking is not about only seeing the right and ignoring life’s hard situations. It means you acknowledge the hard situations you’re facing, more positively.
Having positivity in your own life and spreading positivity in the lives around you to help one in their life and transform it into a better one. If you live in negative surrounding, you can’t help but think negatively all the time but if you change your opinion about the hard times of your life and change into a positive mindset that way you can encourage your surroundings to do so too.

There are always 2 sides to one’s life the negative and the positive. Some people only see the positive side of life and some people only see the negative side of life. Both make mistakes by only seeing one side of life rather than both.
People encourage and people discourage you can say encouraging people are the positive thinkers and discouraging people are the negative thinkers, but it might not be the same in every case. Some people who encourage can be the people who don’t think positively themselves. It’s a situation in which it is easier said than done.
The person who constantly tries himself to see negatively will make a mistake and the person who constantly tries to look only at the positive thoughts and forget about the rest will also appoint a mistake.
It isn’t right to stick to only one side of thought. Taking this into consideration we can say that the person who accomplishes the most in life, are those who are constantly seeing and obligating the positive and negative thinking of life.

When you think more about positivity you will grow up to become a better individual than you were. You will become a person whom many will come to in their low times. You can take this opportunity and make others in your surroundings think and move on positively.
Some people get habituated to thinking negatively that they cannot see anything but the negative side. The way they talk, the attitude they have and the way their behavior is. Those people ruin the surroundings they are in and the atmosphere of the people with whom they come in contact.
It is very easy for one to distract a person and influence them in the wrong decision. That person is not happy himself and makes others miserable too with whom he talks or gets in contact.
These people who constantly are in a negative atmosphere and surrounding often become negative characters. They never go forward nor encourage others to go forward. They simply live in the negative thinking of life.
Many people only think that they can’t do a specific thing it’s their mindset everyone can do various things but the negative thing most people think about is that they can’t do this or that and that negative glimpse should be removed. The main reason behind saying I can’t be the fear most of us face.
A person may fear going for a job interview or performing on stage the reason behind all of that is simply fear of not being enough, fear of failure, we all face this in our life but the main fear we have to face is our fear itself. Unless we don’t fight our fear and do not give up, we won’t know what it takes to win.
This might happen due to many reasons one of them being the very popularly known reason seen in many teenagers or even in adults’ anxiety.
It is a very big word to define but from my opinion and experience anxiety is what holds us back from going towards our dreams it’s our fear that we hold in. we must learn to move on and not give up so that we can face obstacles like these calmly and easily.
4. How to Apply and Start Positive Thinking in Our Life

To think positively we must grow out of the negative. But not completely being on the positivity and forgetting about the hard obstacles. Our thoughts should be mutual even though once we start thinking negatively it becomes hard to think positively again but the least, we can do is try.
We need to try to get out of the fierce and negative thoughts we hold in our minds. Many people are facing many difficulties with their mental health by thinking negatively which is one of the main reasons why we face many mistakes. Here I will show you a few ways to start thinking positive in your life.
4.1. Express Gratitude in Your Day-to-Day Life:
There are many actions and activities we perform, or we get, and we don’t express our gratitude towards them most of the time. Once you start being thankful for even the little things in your life you will start seeing a huge change in your perspective of seeing yourself and the world.
4.2. Think More About the Brighter Side of Your Life:
When you are going through a hard time learning to be calm and thinking about solving it positively is a very difficult action, but it provides back with a great result. Suppose you get scolded by your parent’s many teenagers in today’s generation take scolding’s by their parents or even teachers in a negative way.
Why did they scold me? I did nothing wrong! These negative thoughts rush inside our heads after getting scolded. But what if you start thinking they yelled at me for my good, they want the best for me too, I did something wrong and that is why they yelled at me, but it is not always your fault it arguably hurts when someone raises their voice at us.
We just need to start thinking positively and start learning from what we did wrong and overcome it rather than chasing a negative thought which does us no good.

Coming from my perspective I have experienced many drawbacks and grief in my life and it’s not like my life is over yet. I like to be happier and cheerful rather than sitting alone in my room thinking about all the hard times I faced. Negativity is simply facing anxiety. If you have suffered through anxiety, you must know how I felt.
It started happening daily and it is immensely hard to get out of the pain and smile. I started to learn that when I get upset, I should look on the bright side which brings a smile to my face and think about those people whom I look up to and cherish, and who make me happy. I pushed myself out of that pain.
I started to acknowledge the fact that negative thoughts and emotions come along your way now and then we just need to stop focusing on the negative emotions more than the positivity. Negativity is a part of our life that we need to overcome. You can’t describe it as the worst thing ever neither can you describe it as something good.
It is a must to accept the fact that life is not all about rainbows and sunshine and that we face a lot of difficulties in our life which turns our thoughts and minds into anxious and negative emotions. When we start to embrace our thoughts and move on from that mindset, we see a little change in our life which becomes easier.
6. Methods on How Something Positive Can Change Our Lives

- To become or have more positivity you can meditate. Meditating helps us to reduce our level of stress and frees us from anxiety.
- Punctuality, when you start being punctual and arrange your thoughts and work you feel a sense of positivity.
- Start exercising and perform more physical activities. Being active can strive your way of being positive in life. After a long run in the morning, you feel at ease and calm which brings a lot of positive thinking to your mind.
- Cleanliness. When you sit in a place which is clean and has no marks of dirt or mess you feel positive and calm you would like to be in that space for a long time. Cleanliness can also bring a wide range of positivity into your life.
- Start meddling yourself in things you are passionate about. For instance, if you love reading go to the library get yourself some books and start reading this will help your mind to be put at ease because you’re doing what you love and what you’re passionate about.
- Start writing down the things which hurt you and make you feel happy and calm. Journalizing can help you think more positively.
- Take out some time out of your daily routine and get some rest. Sleep 6-8 hours a day. Just like taking time off from your daily routine to rest you should also spend time with your loved ones. Conversating about anything which excites you, motivates you, encourages you, and makes you happy. When you distance yourself from people who have a toxic mentality and a negative mindset you feel more relaxed and positive.

In our life, we face negativity and positivity we must learn to accept that we find many people who engage us in the wrong direction, and we are the ones who end up getting hurt and have a rollercoaster of negative emotions. We find ourselves often crying and regretting the choices we make when we realize and move on from that negativity, we feel more positive.
It is very hard to move on from actions which haunt you either in the past or in the present, but we can try. Overthinking and overanalyzing our actions will put us into a state where we don’t know if the actions, we are performing in a negative state Are us.
Technology can also be a huge reason for most sadness we bear. We take technology sometimes as a distraction from the judgmental world, but I don’t think social media is any different. When we start being more optimistic, we start to ignore materialistic things.
The main happiness we need to be positive is mental health. When we have the full support of our family and friends. But the most important factor of improvising positivity is to love yourself first and put yourself first.
You shouldn’t distract your mindset by making other people your priority. That way you will feel more positive and calmer. You may feel alone and lonely at times, but you should give yourself time and talk to yourself accept your flaws and accept the way you are with that you feel positive.
You can’t change any negative thought which dives into your mind because life is a flow of negativity and positivity. When you feel negative learn to overcome it and see the bright side of life.
Being positive will change your perspective of how you see the world. You will see a more bright and happy side of you and engage in a good environment. You won’t meddle in bad decisions and be happier with the way your life is taking you. You will expect a good outcome from your hard work instead of a fear of failure.
By being positive you enjoy the present moment and let nothing come between you and your happiness. Being positive doesn’t mean you should ignore the fact that negativity will stop coming into your life you should accept and acknowledge the negative thoughts and learn from them and move on.
Take time to allow your mind to rest after all the stressful times. If you think you can do it you will pass, if you expect to fail you will fail. Sometimes your brain forces you to sit in your sadness and dwell whereas you should think more upbeat and cheery thoughts to strengthen your positivity.
Negativity will bring you nothing in life but unhappiness. Start to be more optimistic towards everything. It isn’t easy for anyone to get out of the negative stage quickly it takes time. Everything takes time, we just need to try.
The happier we feel the less sadness will come to us. We need to change our outlook on seeing the world. See the good in everything, and not forget about the difficulties. Keep moving on and face your fears that way you will achieve success all the way. Hard times will follow you all along your life you need to face them positively and not make a bad decision.
We must have no regret in life. Your mind controls your body. The more you worry the less happy you feel. Worrying, overthinking, versatile thoughts, these are all nothing but your mind controlling the way you feel. Once you develop love and happiness towards yourself and others positively, I am sure you’ll see a change.

Life is just a rollercoaster of emotions. It’ll bring you ups and downs, hard and low times, failures, happiness, sadness, and negative and positive emotions. See-through these tough and good times in a good way as possible as it can be. You must have heard the phrase “You only live once” what do you think it means? It doesn’t mean you have to forget all the difficulties and live on enjoying yourself at all times.
You need to balance both your problems and happiness simultaneously. you cannot forget about the rest for your only best. Learn to enjoy the littlest things which happen in life and live positively and happily. Positivity does not come often but when it does get a hold of it.
This whole journey of life is a test given to us by God and we need to pass it positively. Start ignoring what the world says bad about you. People can just say. It’s your work to choose how to react to the negative and harsh words that come out of people’s mouths.
If you choose to react to it negatively and think about what they said and cry over, it won’t help. If you choose to react to it positively and ignore it because they don’t know what you are. Only you know yourself the best. No one will and no one can understand your pain and your lows other than you. And it is you at the end of the road all alone facing everything. You need to love yourself at all costs.
At first, when you practice getting out of these negative thoughts in your mind you feel that it is tough to do it. You will feel like you are forcing it, but you are forcing it. Eventually, you will start to feel much better. You will be at ease and more positive.
Admire the beauty, love, and scenery which surrounds you and the world. A number of people start to waste a lot of their time worrying and thinking about things which they cannot control. Focus on stuff which you have a capability to control, which you can influence. Allow your mind to move on and accept negativity. Push your mind to only good things.
Let go of the past. If you hold on to the dark memories of your past there will be no future. Learn to let go and move on! that way your life will seem easier. Vanish all the negativity which controls you and your happiness. There is not a neutral division in your brain. It is either good or bad. You should know how to neutrally handle them both.
When you wake up in the morning instead of feeling drained and sad, feel positive and be thankful for another bright day in your life. Every second of your day, of your life matters. Life is pre-determined. You may never know when you may face an accident or when you may have your last breath on earth. Cherish each second that passes by and don’t waste it. All these thoughts are only what your head makes up.
Surround yourself with good friends. Talk about good things. You need to identify the possibility and solution within the negative thoughts. When you start having negative thoughts you will see nothing but negative in everything, and every person.
Let go of the negative thoughts and emotions that control you, instead learn from them. When you feel less thankful towards your life think about those who are facing more difficulties than you. Many people are in the same hard position which you are in, but they choose to see those difficulties and still be happy with them.
God only sends you the best and gives you the best. God will test you by sending so many difficulties in your way to test if you handle it with patience, or if you disappoint. You see some people who are having a nice home, a nice vehicle, and a nice life and you don’t have enough. Don’t feel down about that.
Feel happy for them and be thankful for yourself that you can at least walk to the bus station or book a cab. Everybody’s time comes to fulfil their dreams. And achieve what they couldn’t achieve when their times were hard. You can’t ignore the negative thoughts, but you can learn to overcome them.
