  • Once the mixture sets down, turn on the flame and mix it well. Add 2 tbsp. Butter to it. Keep stirring it with the help of a wooden spatula until the caramel sauce thickens a little and turns in color. Do not let it get too thick as it thickens naturally after it cools down.

  • Once all the balls are shaped, refrigerate them for 30 to 60 minutes. By that time, melt dark compound chocolate or milk compound chocolate as per your choice with the help of a double boiler or in the oven. Remember to temper chocolate well so that there are no lumps.
