Fast food- as the name suggests, are fast. Fast to cook, fast to fill up your hungry stomach, fast in adding taste to your non-tasty food, and fast in increasing your weight as well. So, people of all age groups, specially the youth, get rid of fast food and add flavour to your life by doing a little favour towards a healthy living.

2. Get Stronger and Fitter

The very next Resolution which goes hand in hand with the first one is, getting fit. Bid goodbye to fast food and adopt a healthier lifestyle by adding a few minutes of yoga and exercise to your daily schedule. And, of course, continue this habit as you get growing. You will be amazed to see the difference that exercise and fitness bring to one’s life.

3.Quit Alcohol and Cigarettes

Alcohol, let it be limited to a glass of red wine. No, no to the stale fermented fruit juice or whatever you call it, bid a farewell to the bad doers and step ahead of this fuss of being “cool”. Smoking cigarettes, bidis, or weed add no value to our body. And drinking does us no good either. Showcasing sophistication takes you to another level of highness. Only if you understand what I mean?

4.Save Money

Money, money and money. Obviously, money can’t buy you happiness, but then again, it does. Yes, it buys us happiness in its own little or not so little way. Saree for your Mummy, a watch for your Dad, Toys for your kids, jewellery for your beloved. And, happiness is seeing them happy. So, let this new year be a start to your Happy Life. Get yourself indebted and save each day because every single day can make a huge difference.

5.Learn something new

Learning is of course a continuous process. When we barely use 4-5% of this giant tiny brain, let it be used a little more. This new year, vouch for learning things that you have always wanted to learn. May be you wished to paint more while you were a kid, restart painting. Perhaps your desire to learn guitar has remained unfulfilled, go, search and get yourself admitted in some guitar class. Gear yourself up for a Year that you dedicate to learning new things.

6.Travel to New Places

Travelling is always fun. Isn’t it? This year onwards, vow to travel to the new places that you have always seen in pictures. If not for yourself then, take your family members along with you. Because, it is the best way to create memories that you would cherish for the rest of your lives.

7.Don’t Worry, Be Happy!

How many of you suffer from Stress? Yes, it has now turned into a disease. And, each one of these concerned patients need to get rid of this disease. At the end of the day, it’s a state of mind.
