Q) Could you make us understand this concept more like what is it like being a holistic health coach ?
ANSWER โ Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or isolated issues, holistic health coaching looks at the whole person. Itโs like putting together the pieces of a puzzle to create a complete picture of oneโs health. This approach often involves exploring nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep quality, and even personal goals and values.
When we are part of the whole rather than separate, good health naturally exists. So, being a holistic health coach is not just a profession; itโs a passion for holistic well-being, a commitment to helping others find their unique path to health, and a journey of continual learning and growth.
Q) You happen to do a lot of physical activity but not the ones we usually indulge in our day to day lives, instead itโs walking on a rail and jumping across things and games. How important do you think regularly trying new things are important?
ANSWERโ A lot of my approach is that research shows exercises like bilateral coordination, vision, dual tasking benefits the brain, helps people with chronic diseases, important for early childhood development, etc.
But they donโt always know how to keep it fun and engaging, while focusing on specific functional components. PLAY is a moving meditation with focused attention. But smiling and laughter is just as important as being focused.
Q) For all the people who feel stuck and suffocated in their lives and who thinks that they can never come out of it what would you like to say to them ?
ANSWER โ Remember that change is possible, and itโs never too late to seek help, make small improvements, and work towards a better future. Take time to reflect on whatโs causing your feelings of being stuck. Identifying the root causes can help you address them more effectively.
Set Realistic Goals. Start with small, achievable goals that align with your desires. Each accomplishment will boost your confidence and motivation. Change can be daunting, but itโs often necessary for personal growth.
Be open to new experiences and challenges. Practice Self-Care. Prioritise self-care activities like exercise, meditation, or hobbies that bring you joy.
Taking care of your mental and physical health is crucial. Progress may be slow, but that doesnโt mean youโre not moving forward. Be patient with yourself and acknowledge your efforts.
If you encounter setbacks, view them as learning opportunities rather than failures. They can provide valuable lessons for the future. Visualize Your Ideal Life.
Create a vision of the life you want to lead. Having a clear picture of your goals can motivate you to work towards them. Keep pushing forward, even when it gets tough. Persistence often leads to breakthroughs.
Her training methodology is multidisciplinary in nature, spanning from mastering fundamental fitness techniques with precise form to embracing time-tested functional workouts, alongside insightful explorations of mental endurance and emotional awareness.
In her words, โThe entire world serves as my playground. My objective is to help individuals to reconsider the role of movement, sleep, and nutrition in their well-being journey. Fitness doesnโt always have to be intense; it can manifest as a mode of play and recovery, enhancing productivity and creativity.โ
