4.1 Tomato soup

The most loved and delicious soup all across the world. The tomato soups are quick and easy to make and can be enjoyed with the soup accompaniments as above. Loved by people who like tomato as a flavor and is like a soul for winter.

Recipe – Take oil in a pan and add onion and garlic. Let them get cooked until it becomes transparent. Add tomatoes, sugar, water, pepper, and salt. Heat it on sim for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the pan from flame and make a puree with a puree blender. Again, heat it for a few minutes and then serve it with black pepper and salt.

4.2 Vegetable Manchow Soup

Everyone’s favorite and best for winter can be easily prepared at home. This lifesaver in winter which is garnished with fried noodles is a complete vegetable soup that includes all the veggies of your choice. This soup with a thick consistency would bring warmth in winter.

Recipe – Heat the pan or pot with oil, garlic, and ginger in it until onions are transparent. Add finely chopped carrots, cabbage, and capsicum and sauté them until they are cooked but do not overcook. Let them stay crunchy.  Add water, chili sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. Let it boil.

Now take one tablespoon of corn flour and add water. Mix it gently and do not let the lumps form. Add this to the boiling pan and avoid lumps. Add salt and black pepper and garnish by putting fried noodles.

4.3 Macaroni soup

A complete veggie soup full of vegetables that has tasty macaroni pasta and is easy to make. This hearty soup can be served with side dishes for a savoring experience.

Recipe – Heat oil and add garlic, onion and ginger. Then add tomato puree and heat it. Then drop carrots, peas and more veggies that you want to add and let them get cooked. Now add pasta after boiling it and let it heat. Add salt and black pepper. Garnish with your favorite seasoning.

4.4 Chilled Cucumber Soup

If you are looking for cold soup instead of warm, then Chilled cucumber soup is a good option that can be easily prepared. This cold soup type is prepared with cucumbers, mint, and yogurt.

Recipe – Add cucumber, yogurt, olive oil, black pepper, basil, garlic, lemon juice and herbs and blend all. Let it get chilled for few hours and then enjoy it. This could become the best cold soup for winter.

4.5 Hot and Sour Soup

This soup is much consumed and is Indian Chinese cuisine. The warm hot and sour soup in winter provides warmth and is delicious.

Recipe – First finely chop the veggies you want to add. And mix corn flour with water, avoiding the formation of lumps.

Then add oil, onion, garlic, and ginger in a pot or a pan. Cook until onions turn transparent.  Add finely chopped vegetables and mix them well. You can take cabbage, capsicum, beans, and any veggie of your choice. Cook for a few minutes and add water.

Then add salt. Pour in soy sauce and chili sauce and mix them well. Then add corn flour water by continuously stirring. Then add black pepper powder. Pour in vinegar and mix well. Turn off the flame and garnish it with onions before serving.

Hot and Sour soup and Manchow soup resembles but as the name says, vinegar is added more for a sour taste in hot and sour soup.
