The estate vineyards produce wine from grapes like Pinot Grigio, Nosiola, Sauvignon, and many other varieties. They have 30 years of experience in winemaking and produce about 40 different types of wines. 

Visitors can visit them by making a reservation in their air-conditioned tasting rooms or shaded patio. During the wine-tasting session, a guide will take visitors through the menu and help visitors choose the wine to taste. Visitors can taste up to 6 wines(one ounce pour each) from the available menu. 

2. Callaway Vineyard and Winery

Location: 39870 De Portola Rd, Temecula, CA 92592.

Callaway Vineyard and Winery was the first commercial winery in the Temecula Valley. It is one of the oldest Temecula wineries in Temecula Valley. The winery has 20 acres of vineyards planted with grapes like Grenache, Roussanne, and Petite Sirah. 3. Baily Vineyard & Winery 

Location: 33440 La Serena Way, Temecula, CA 92591-5104.

In 1986, the Bailys established a small winery to produce exceptional wines that could vie with the best in California. In the forthcoming years, Phil ameliorated his winemaking skills to produce wines that best reflect the Temecula Valley’s distinctive terroir, and with this, they acquired or planted 25 acres of prime vineyard property and built a modern winemaking facility. 

Baily Winery has two tasting rooms: 

Main Tasting Room 

You can try their complete wine catalog, such as red and white, dry and sweet wines, as well as current ones. Baily is known for its Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, and Semillon, but they also produce excellent Chardonnay Riesling, Sangiovese, and Port.

Miramonte Winery has established itself as one of Southern California’s most acclaimed and forward-thinking boutique wineries. Their first focus was on the Southern Rhône Valley varietals. Later on, they also included other grape varietals from Spain and Portugal. They also purchase excellent grapes from 44 acres of local vineyards. 5. Carter Estate Winery

The luxurious Carter Estate is an elite resort and winery owned by vintner Jim Carter and his family. This is a fantastic spot to stay in Temecula for the night.  Carter Estate Winery produces sparkling wine with french méthode champenoise process. They also have red and white varietals of wine. 6. Akash Winery

Ray and Akash Patel, father, and son, own and run Akash Winery, which produces 100% estate-grown wines from the Patel family’s 15-acre vineyard. Cabernet sauvignon, zinfandel, petite Sirah, sauvignon blanc, and several blends are the estate wines. In contrast, Dreamville Wines are collaborative products made using varietals not yet produced on the Akash estate.

Dreamville Brosé (grenache), cabernet sauvignon, malbec, petite sirah, zinfandel, and a few unique mixes are among them. This place also offers vineyard tours. Visitors can book a vineyard tour by filling an online form.

7. Hart Family Winery

Location: 41300 Ave Biona, Temecula, CA 92591.

Hart Winery, a family-owned and managed winery in Temecula Valley, was established in 1980 and produces boutique wines of high quality. Hart Winery, located on the western outskirts of the Temecula Valley at 1,500 feet above sea level, makes use of the soil and climate of this Southern California AVA to produce superior estate-produced Dessert Wines, Roussanne, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, and Tempranillo.

The family-owned and managed Doffo Winery was founded in 1997 by Marcelo Doffo. It is a boutique winery that produces handcrafted wines such as malbec, zinfandel, and syrah. New releases, reserve wines, and even dessert wines are all available for tasting, but for a more in-depth experience, book the Cork ‘N Torque Tour, which includes a ride on the Malbec Express that takes you around the vineyards and concludes with a private tasting. 9. Robert Renzoni Vineyards

The Renzoni family, who owns and manages the vineyard is in the winery business since the 1880s. The vineyard comprises 2 acres of vineyards that are well suited for growing Italian varieties of grapes. The winery not only produces wines but also produces types of spicy chile pepper sauces, homemade vinegar, and marinara sauce with a family recipe. You can visit Robert Renzoni Vineyards for wine and picnics.

10. Leoness Cellars

Location: 38311 De Portola Rd Temecula, CA 92592

Leoness Cellars was established in 2002 by two partners, Gary and Mike. Today, they own and manage about 500 acres of vineyards that sell grapes to world-famous wineries in North California. 

The winery is located on a hilltop overlooking their estate vineyard. Leoness offers tastings and tours, including educational tastings, and seasonal vineyard tours. In the tasting room, a wine educator guides visitors through a wine tasting.
