2. Get a scrapbook paper or album of your choice
Another important thing is the scrapbook, which is your innovation’s main background or highlight. Also, scrapbooks are available in different sizes and shapes in the market, so decide what type of scrapbook you want according to the theme or style you are going to work with.
3. Now, select a theme
After picking a suitable scrapbook based on your requirements, now is the time to select a decent theme. However, these themes can vary depending on your photographs. For example, if you are pasting the pictures of your scuba diving adventure, an underwater theme will look impeccable, or if your memories are based on a traveling journey, a traveling theme would be better for this. Moreover, you can go for sunny summer, autumn leaves, beaches, and many more themes.
4. Randomly arrange your photographs
Once you are done selecting a theme, it’s time to look for the photographs that you want to paste into your scrapbook. Now, there are many choices to paste photographs in the book, how! You can either try sticking photos in a collage form or just paste them randomly here and there without following a pattern, which looks quite appealing too or you can paste them in a sequence that may be a little outdated way to arrange your photographs into your scrapbook.
5. Select a layout and add alluring embellishments
Moving on, you need to choose an effective layout for scrapbooking that can complement your theme and photographs flawlessly, and not only photographs, scrapbooking is about anything that the book can hold inside, it could be movie tickets, postcards, stamps, some precious envelopes, notes from strangers, or anything possible that you have about your memories.
As for the embellishments, these can be handcrafted flowers or 3D pictures or even you can use stickers, crystals, or other embellishing accessories that are easily available in stationaries.
6. Give a little touch of journaling
The last thing of the scrapbooking process is adding a few lines about your memories. These couple of lines are not usually stories but can define your emotions and joy well about your specific memories. So, whenever you look through your scrapbook in the future, you can relive your memories by reading your own words.
