Some days, I wake up and everything feels heavy for no reason. Even simple tasks like making breakfast feel exhausting. On those days, I usually let myself rest, but I sometimes feel guilty for “wasting time.”

How do you handle days when your mental health just isn’t great? Do you push through, or do you give yourself space to recover?
