Sleep and Mental Health – How’s Yours?

When I don’t sleep well, my mood takes a nosedive. Sometimes my mind races at night, and I can’t switch it off. Melatonin helped for a while, but I don’t want to depend on it forever.

How do you manage your sleep? Do you have routines, apps, or rituals that help you get good rest?
