There are so many great moments of Sheldon in The Big Bang Theory but if I had to name just one, I would start with The Bath Item Gift Hypothesis when Penny gifts Sheldon a napkin with Leonard Nimoy’s signature. The first thing that comes to my mind is what Sheldon says next, in terms of his character, “I have the DNA of Leonard Nimoy!?” And then later on, if he hugs Penny because he does not know what else to do with his feelings – absolutely warms my heart and sends me into fits of laughter, considering how he despises these situations! That moment alone joins all the dots around Sheldon’s life. Which is your favorite?

Damn, GREAT question!
I think the moment I loved most was during his brief breakup with Amy… I mean seeing him display remotely human feelings??
It was honestly a very refreshing sight to see him actually express his honest feelings for Amy, and how even he, as mechanical as he is, does know deep down that she is perfect for him.
And being as smart as he is, I kinda figured he knew from the moment he met her, I mean he must’ve calculated it off-screen, lol. But yea, being proven right was really satisfying for me.
