When people talk about rich tea ceremony traditions, Japanese tea ceremonies are the first that comes to mind. Better known as matcha, the preparation process of green tea and serving decently is its ceremonial setting. This ceremony shows the etiquette of people and represents the beauty of embracing the current moment. Further, another important fact of Japanese tea ceremonies is that they are performed in tea houses or a traditional setup tea room.

The Turkish tea culture is an important part of Turkish people’s daily life and people here consume tea many times a day which increases the significance of tea in Turkish culture. The specialty of Turkish tea ceremonies is that these are brewed in çaydanlık, which is a small pot and then it is served in fincan, which are the small glasses. In Turkish culture, offering tea to guests signifies goodwill, and consuming the tea represents hospitality. Belonging to a rich tradition, indulging in tea ceremonies is such an authentic way to explore a specific culture.

Indian tea rituals are no lesser than any other country and India is among the largest producers of tea in the world as well.
