Yoga1 is one of the ways that not only keeps you energetic and healthy but also contributes to making you happier. And like everything has a time, your yoga experience can improve when practiced early in the morning.

With sunrise yoga, every day is a great day for me, filled with new ambitions and passion to achieve my goals with a positive mindset. And I think having a positive attitude is an advantage that can also be gained by practicing yoga daily.

Sunrise yoga isn’t just a fitness exercise for me; it is a kind of relaxation that makes me want to wake up in the morning. Why would I wake up so early if it doesn’t have any benefits? Sunrise yoga has taught me to embrace the beauty of nature, and the practice of yoga in the fresh morning air is what keeps me energized every day.

Also, practicing sunrise yoga should be at a place where you can feel the fresh air and can see the sunrise mostly I prefer practicing on my balcony, and sometimes I visit my nearby gardens or parks to do it.

Warming up is essential before starting any yoga practice. I begin my routine with pranayama, which relaxes and keeps my mind at ease the entire day. Then, I practice some asanas, which help make me flexible and energetic. Lastly, I do meditation, which keeps me focused and calm all day.

Further, practicing yoga with 5-10 minutes of quick meditation helps reduce stress and maintain emotional and spiritual balance. Also, if you don’t go to parks for morning yoga practice, rooftops are the best places to feel the morning environment and appreciate the beauty of nature.

And if you get to see scenes like this that motivate you at the beginning of your every day, then, trust me, staying up early in the morning is worth it.

It connects me with Mother Nature emotionally and with the divine power spiritually. However, indulging in yoga requires years of practice to be like yoga gurus. Further, morning yoga and meditation2 contribute to my overall well-being, as when I close my eyes and try to focus, I get a high sense of peace of mind, and it helps me let all the negativity and unwanted thoughts out of my mind, which is the main contribution of yoga for me to have a good and harmonious day.

I have felt the serenity of sunrise yoga on my rooftop, balcony, and in the parks in my neighborhood, but I have never had a chance to feel it in a majestic and calm open space like the beach. If I ever get a chance, I would not miss it!
