I think we’ve come to a time in life where people are transitioning in their diets, like a lot. So, some people were eating all possible animals and have now converted to just plant-based foods. Some ate vegetables and eggs, and have stopped eating even eggs now. There is a change in the other way round, too, but most commonly, you will see the change towards eating more plants.
So, there is one diet which is called the full non-vegetarian diet, one is vegetarian and the last one which we are discussing today is known as the vegan diet; vegan is vegetarian minus dairy products.
So, the drift will be easy when you feel someone is a vegetarian. But, what they do not quickly realize is that it means stopping all dairy, so no cheese on your pizza and no milk-based coffees. This probably just opened your eyes, isn’t it?

Let us begin with what I did, once I made up my mind to become a vegan. It was not a cakewalk. Because you have to give up an activity which you have been doing for decades now. Initially, I cut down on all the cheese and butter that I was using. After that, I removed my daily milk intake. Eggs were gone too.
Initially, it was really weird because you could not understand what exactly should you eat now, since so many components were removed.

I read a lot about veganism on Reddit and other platforms, but until I came across this post on Reddit; I didn’t think my opinion and ease could have been better.

It talks about all aspects of veganism. How to include it in your diet. What dishes you can make and how can you make the start smooth.
Primarily what I would say is, make your will strong. Be clear about the fact that you will give up and stick to it. Do not try to think of alternatives on day 1. Not that there are no alternatives, there are many. There is a plant-based substitute for almost everything available now in the market. You can get those and easily go back to your recipes.
But, there is a catch. Since you have had normal milk, you will not like the taste of plant-based milk that is available nowadays, Eventually, you will develop a taste for these counterparts but the beginning might be a little rocky.

There will be days where you will feel like no matter what I’m eating I’m not full, but that is normal. Also, you can now increase your portion size because whatever you are eating is eventually healthy and adds up in a good manner.
Do not starve yourself off, get all sorts of food in vegan versions and even go out to vegan restaurants to keep your taste buds happy!
