“Satyaprem ki katha” is an Indian movie and an upcoming blockbuster movie. A teaser for the film was released on Thursday, May 18, 2023, and it already spanned all over social media. However, it is a romantic movie with a twist of emotional drama.
We will see the cute chemistry between Kartik and Kiara again after their previous horror comedy movie, Bhool Bhulaiya 2.

However, a teaser for the film was released on May 18, 2023, and from the teaser, glimpses of all emotions can be seen.
In the opening, Kartik and Kiara got married. They danced together in various picturesque settings. After that, they ride a bike in the mountains. Moreover, they were both seen crying and hugging each other.
Also, side by side, Kartik expresses his love for the female character Katha. He says,
“Baatein jo kbhi poori na ho,
Waade jo adhoore na ho,
Hasi jo kbhi kam na ho,
Aankhein jo kbhi nam na ho”

Moreover, this movie was announced in 2021. And wrapped up in 2023. Also, Kiara shared some pictures when filming was completed.

Now, Satyaprem Ki Katha is all set to release in theatres on June 29, 2023, where Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani can be seen playing the main roles along with other side lead actors including Supriya Pathak Kapur, Siddharth Randheria, Gajraj Rao, Anooradha, Rajpal Yadav, Shikha Talsania, and Nirrmite Saawaant will also be seen in the movie.
Also, this film is managed jointly by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Namah Pictures and the director of the movie is Sameer Vidwan.
Controversy
Moreover, at first, the movie’s name was decided as “Satyanarayan Ki Katha”. However, later, the whole team of the film decided to change the title to avoid hurting the sentiments of Hindus. Because Satyanarayan is also another name for Lord Vishnu.
Although Kartik announced on social media about changing the title of the movie. He wrote,
“The title of the film is something that emerges organically through the creative process. We have taken a decision to change the title of our recently announced film ‘Satyanarayan ki Katha’ to avoid hurting sentiments, even if that’s purely unintentional.”
