There has been an outburst of podcasts in recent years, and these audio styles have advanced the level of entertainment of people all over the world. Podcasts have set a mark since they came out for everyone and have become a popular way to engage with the latest news and information about various things.
Podcasts are unique because of their long and informative content, diverse perspectives, and entertaining way of providing news. Embarking on my new listening journey of audio podcasts brought me into a diverse entertainment world. It doesn’t allow me to lag on anything, as I can get information associated with my favourite people, celebrities, and things.
The deeper I got into the world of podcasts, the harder it became for me to come out now.
There was a time when radios were quite popular, though, podcasts are much like radios in the olden times as radio was also the source of entertainment, but podcasts are meant for much more.

However, radios can stream the voices of other people or users live, whereas podcasts do not offer such facilities.

Further, did you ever think of turning your hobby into something profitable? I think here comes the real power of podcasts. Popular podcasters get many sponsorships from famous brands to promote their concepts or products in their audio sessions, and it makes them a lot of money. So, if you can start your own podcasts and gain enough stability and popularity among people, you can make the podcasts profitable for you, too.
Further, as I explored the world of podcasts more deeply, I started to learn about audiobooks. However, after researching more about the two, I understood they differ. And you’ll be surprised, just like I was, to know that millions of people are into audiobooks as well. Both share the same concept, though; the only dissimilarity I could find is that podcasts are more engaging because they have shorter durations.

Moreover, despite everything, I find podcasts quite interesting as they are much more forgiving when you miss some part while listening to them; it wouldn’t be an issue like audiobooks, as in audiobooks, they narrate the story, and if you miss even one part, the entire fun and excitement go in vain, and that is not the case with podcasts.
Podcasts can be listened to anywhere, and it doesn’t matter if you are driving, working, or walking; even if you are writing, podcasts are pretty much easy for our ears to deal with, as they don’t create hindrances in our work like other entertainment sources such as listening music and watching shows or movies do.
Regardless of people’s opinions about podcasts, which are different for each person, I found my new hobby quite exciting and entertaining.
