Enchantment Park in Leavenworth’s ‘field of dreams,’ yes, just like the famous movie. Leavenworth had a dream to create a sports complex to deliver the community and visitors a location to experience the sense of community and togetherness that comes along with it.

The community opened the park to the public in the year’s spring of 1992. Currently, Enchantment Park contains a playground, two softball fields, and a junior baseball field. The fields have adjacent restrooms and changing rooms.

If you are fortunate, you may also get to see deer, bear, cougar, fish, several types of birds, and many more while walking and cycling.

This park has a “pack it in, pack it out ” policy to keep the animals safe from food and food containers.

This park remains closed during winter, but the Enchantment Park Trail stays open for walking and crosses country skiing.

You can ski inside the Wenatchee National Forest. Leavenworth Sports Club operates this; it includes one ski jump, two small ski hills, one tubing hill, and 26 km cross-country ski trails.

To enjoy this scenic hot spring, you need to hike up the mountain with a snowshoe for about one and a half hours to two hours. You could enjoy the view of snowcapped ponderosa pines and the Cascades.

This used to be one giant pool along with a wooden platform. This is now three tubs with varying temperature. About 10 people can enter this tub at a time.
