Fulham Domination
The match between Fulham and Leicester appeared to be one-sided since the kick-off.
The seamless offensive action kept Leicester City’s defense occupied throughout the first half. Leicester City appeared to be only the shadows of its own.
1. First Half
Despite Fulham arriving with three losses from its last four matches, Leicester City could not ascertain itself. The first goal for Fulham came in just 10 minutes.
This Willian’s goal was just the beginning of the fall of Leicester City.

The first goal was quickly followed by a goal from a counter-attack by Vinicius getting the score to 2- 0. The defense of Leicester was found wanting after this goal.
Cairney thereafter quickly scored an impressive goal taking the goal count to 3-0. By halftime, the scoreboard read Fulham 3-0 Leicester City.
Leicester players would have prayed and prepared to turn the tables in the second half, but Fulham had other ideas.
2. Second Half
The dreams of a comeback by Leicester City were shattered by Cairney’s second goal as early as the 51st minute.
Leicester City was awarded a penalty midway in the game but the striker completely missed it. This ended any hope of a comeback and the same began to be evident in the body language of the players.
Leicester was able to score one goal in the 59th min by Barnes. Fulham added more worries for Leicester City with a fifth goal in the 70th minute by Wilian.
The award of a penalty to Fulham in the 81st min and its conversion into a goal by Madison and an 89th-minute goal by Barnes made the scorecard read honorable.
However, throughout the match, Fulham dominated the match and the scorecard was no reflection of the same.
Table Standings

Trouble in Paradise
Leicester City is having one of the worst EPL sessions in the last 5 years. The club had outperformed the elite clubs in recent years but this year, the club is on the verge of relegation.
Presently standing at 16 positions, the team has to face the giants Liverpool and New Castle along with a match against West Ham.
Leicester City has to win all the matches and pray for a favorable result from the matches of Everton and West Ham.
