Start with the drop-down armrest which would be definitely dirty. So, vacuum it up, and don’t forget inside any compartments that are left out, vacuum it out. If there is a stick mess then you can use the steam cleaner. It will loosen up the sticky sugar dirt. Also, sanitize the plastic by killing the bacteria.
If you can remove the cup holder’s rubber and clean it better. Use the cleaner and the microfiber cloth to clean the armrest to make it super nice to look.
