Like the two facets of a coin
Life is a two-sided story.
Of beauty and agony
Balancing each other
Inseparable, like the wheels of a carriage
Sometimes the beauty of the moonlight isn’t enough
To wipe out the derision of the darkness
A fire would surely burn away those relinquished feelings
Giving the light desired
Sometimes the materialistic glories wouldn’t add up to your charisma
For the wait in your eyes would mirror the losses your heart incurred
Sometimes the world would dump you with a feeling bitter
but one constant companion
Would be enough to share this rejection
it’s all a two-sided story
sometimes the most beautiful places
Hold the darkest of secrets…
