A stupendous and adorable celebrity, Shakti Mohan, is one of the outstanding professional, contemporary dancer and a terrific female actor. She is the heartbeat of millions of Indian masculine and an inspiration to women nationwide. At a very young age, Shakti Mohan has laid her hands on astonishing achievements, hence proving that “Where there’s a will, there’s a way.”
Shakti Mohan was born on 12th October 1985 in Delhi. She aspired to become an I.A.S. Officer when she was an adolescent and was a brilliant student. But her destiny had something else planned for her. She was unaware of her ability to dance. She always considered and respected dance as a leisure pursuit, but after she graduated with a diploma in dance from Terence Lewis Dance Foundation Scholarship Trust, her passion for dance drew her to the stage of Dance India Dance Season 2.
Dance India Dance Season 2
She gained a huge victory in Dance India Dance, Zee TV’s dance reality show. She was declared as the winner of the DID Season 2 and also won the cash prize of five million rupees and a luxurious car, Suzuki Wagon R. This triumph was the initiation of her career in dance.
- Dil Dosti Dance (D3)
Her personality and dancing talent received commendable appreciation, both during, as well as after, her performance in the fiction, dance show Dil Dosti Dance of V Channel. She was entrusted with the lead role of “Kria Ghai” with Kunwar Amarjeet Singh, which she enacted marvelously. Dil Dosti Dance received the highest T.R.P from 2011-2015.

In 2012, Shakti Mohan signed a bond with the BBC. She was the part of a dance project that was sponsored by BBC in New York. The Dance Project offered her a huge recognition and publicity worldwide.
- Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa
Shakti Mohan was the second runner-up of the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in 2014 and entertained a huge fan following in almost the entire nation, especially the teenagers.
- Bollywood Music and Film Albums
Shakti had special appearances and dance performances and also choreographed various film albums. She had appearances in Bollywood songs like Tees Maar Khan (Tees Maar Khan), All For One (High School Musical 2), Aa Re Pritam Pyaare (Rowdy Rathore), Kambal Ke Neeche (Kaanchi) and Tequila Waquila (Samrat & CO). She was the assistant choreographer of the super hit track “Kamli” from Dhoom 3.
