Could you also not find effective workout routines1 and look for the best ones on the Internet? I think routine workouts are easy to go on with, what makes them difficult, is the routine itself. Though it is difficult to make and follow workout routines, what’s even more challenging is the question – where to start?
Before following any workout routine, making or having one is important. And nobody wants to follow a bad and unhealthy workout routine as it will affect your physical as well as mental health.
So, in search for the best workout routines I found some effective ones on Reddit that I want to share with you all. One of them was the PPL workout routine which actually works for people who do not want to do many types of exercises and can still stay fit.
The PPL routine has been recommended by many. You get like all these influencers talking about how great it is – and that got me intrigued.
PPL is an effective workout routine, especially for beginners. As it holds the meaning Push/Pull/Legs routine, you might have gotten some idea about it until now. In this technique, you need to train your upper body muscles which include the chest, triceps, and shoulders.
While the back and biceps fall in the category of pulling muscles, the hamstrings, quad, calves, and abdominals are the parts of the legs category. I guess working out this much is already enough for a beginner.
Now, moving on, did you ever try workout routines based on days? Actually, these routines are also remarkable as you have to just follow one kind of exercise routine for a day. However, once you get indulged in your routine, there is no way for you to leave it, especially after seeing some surprising results.
Anyway, do you know what are “days-based” workout routines? Though always his was in my mind, I didn’t know that people actually follow this kind of routine. Then, I encountered one on Reddit. The user followed a detailed workout routine for 6 days a week. Wait! What about the seventh day?
After following a tight routine for six days, I think nobody would like to deny a cheat day in a week, on which you can eat whatever you want and do whatever you like. However, I don’t know what you prefer, but I would definitely take a day off from my tightly scheduled workout routine.
And here comes my favorite workout routine that I’m sure you would like too – the Dance Workout routine2. Following the same schedule and doing the same exercises for weeks and months sounds so boring. Dance workouts are the best routines that don’t make you fall asleep.
When I started to dance workout routines, trust me, I couldn’t stop myself from doing it every day. Once you get into it, believe me here, you won’t want a cheat day. At least, I don’t want one when I follow these routines. You must go through this post to know how many people love this workout routine.
And I’m sure, you would love to follow the dance workout routines even if you practice it for just a day, you won’t miss this – the next day.
