Movies play a crucial role in everyone’s life, especially their comfort movies. From horror, fiction, documentary, and short to indie, thriller, action, and sci-fi to rom-com, everybody has a favorite and go-to movie that they often like to watch or they can watch anytime to give themselves a head’s up or let’s say when you need comfort.
Perhaps, it could be a movie that you watched as a kid, but it doesn’t matter because when it comes to comfort movies, you can watch them countless times and won’t get tired of them. However, my comfort movie list contains the movies that I have watched over ten times and never get bored of them. And I can still watch them whenever I need a pick-me-up.
1. Stardust
Stardust is a fictional movie that is on my comfort movie list. This fantastical movie came out in 2007 and won lots of hearts. One of the reasons that people liked it is that it is an impressive fusion of sci-fi and fantasy genres. And it will give you utterly charming and breezy vibes. The movie is for all who would love to watch sword fights, friendship, and adventurous personal discovery, including comedy.

2. Tangled
You must have heard about the long-haired girl, Rapunzel, Tangled is about her and it’s a Disney movie, that has been on my ultimate comfort movie list since I was a kid. It is an animated fantasy comedy movie, full of adventure and musical drama, which was released in 2010. However, if you’re into Disney princess movies, trust me, it’s one of the best.

3. Avengers: Endgame
If you’ve watched all parts of Avengers then Endgame must be your favorite one. The film came out in 2019 and trended globally. Avengers: Endgame is the ultimate pay-off movie that I can watch anytime. And perhaps, what makes it more unique could be because it’s the last movie of the Avengers series.

4. The Harry Potter Series
How can it be possible when talking about the comfort list and leaving the 8 movies of the Harry Potter series out of it? The movie is imaginatively funny and it’s a fantastic delight. An ultimate blend of fantasy, friendship, adventure, thrill, and action will lure you to watch all eight parts of it. And look how this user on Reddit has explained his love for the Harry Potter series and saying that the movie is as good as the Harry Potter novels, and I don’t think, the craze for this movie can be explained better than this –

5. Jurassic Park
I guess, Jurassic Park is one of the most loved movies among everyone, from kids to adults, there may be very few people who won’t like it. I have seen the coexistence of humans and dinosaurs together so gracefully only in this movie. This sci-fi action film is another comfort movie for me, which gives me a head start whenever I’m down.
