ICY Tales in Conversation with Manvi Bansal about her journey and how she shaped her career towards becoming a manifestation life coach.
Q) We know about yoga, sports, dance coaches, and meditation coaches. But, we want to know from you about the concept of ‘Manifestation Life Coach.’
Manvi Bansal: It’s like any other coach, only better. Since many people don’t know they are the creators of their own lives, they rely on destiny, luck, etc. That’s where manifestation comes in. It is very scientific how we are creators of our destiny.
Manifestation is the lifestyle in your life to manifest what you like. People don’t know that we are not only creators, but we do manifest all the time. We go through low and high phases, which are only the conclusion of our manifestation. Here, we teach people how to consciously manifest so that they would be able to manifest their dream life.
Q) What kinds of tools and techniques do you use? Are they business strategies or personal growth support?
Manvi Bansal: There are no business strategies. I combine manifestation and spirituality alongside the psychological aspects of it and use NLP and hypnosis. Everyone has different experiences. I don’t use tools for spirituality because if someone hasn’t worked on their inner healing, they can’t manifest. They need to work on their trauma and childhood beliefs to believe that they can do it.
Q) Tell us some things that you learned from experiences in your work or personal life that helped you change as a person.
Manvi Bansal: I have been a person who is very shy, introverted, and underconfident. But now I’m out as a person, who is confident in herself, her body, and her skills. What helped me? The most are my inner healing. I realized nothing was wrong with me, but people did wrong to me. It took 2-3 years to heal to where I’m right now, and I’m still working on that. As I always say, it’s a journey, not a destination.
Since we’re growing, we are more self-aware about ourselves, our emotions, and our feelings. There are some traumas that we don’t realize until our teenage. We need to work on these childhood beliefs.
Q) As a life coach, you know a lot about insecurities, managing stress and anxiety, and leading a happy life. But you may also be suffering from your share of troubles. Tell us something about that and how you overcame it.
Manvi Bansal: Until I completed my graduation, I was the most insecure person. I was going through my trauma. I have been going through many things lately, including graduation and childhood beliefs. I couldn’t realize that there were issues with me, with my emotions.
When I realized this, I went to therapy and worked with coaches, believing I could deal with it. I began reading self-help books when I was 18, but I could not put them into practice. Then I got professional help. I had outstanding achievements in my academics, but I still wasn’t confident in my skills. I got panic attacks. But I realized that it’s my duty and responsibility to seek professional help to deal with this.
Q) Traumatic Experiences have deep scary mental impressions; how can someone move ahead of that?
Manvi Bansal: It again comes to inner healing. Talking to your inner child, you need to work with that person, and then you’ll realize where the loopholes are. You’ll realize who you are and what you have gone through. And if you got them, it’ll be easier to get out of the traumas.
We suppress our emotions, and we distract ourselves. Once we start working with our inner child, we can only get out of this zone. Past has its scars.
Q) How important is our conscious and subconscious mind when discussing running an enterprise?
Manvi Bansal: We make our plans from our conscious minds. But when we’re making a plan, our conscious mind is working throughout the day, and our subconscious mind is working at the back end. But we don’t focus on our subconscious minds. When we go to sleep, our conscious mind goes to sleep, but the subconscious mind never sleeps.
It’s imperative to be conscious of our thoughts. So whatever we think before bed, either any thought or plan, if we’re pessimistic about that, it might get real in some time, because when we’re sleeping, we are making our belief system. If we are talking negatively with our subconscious mind, then we are building that belief to the next level, which will manifest in our life.
Q) One of the most pressing issues in the market is work-life balance, and many countries have recently reduced their working days to four days per week. There are phrases like, “Either you run your business well or your mind.” How can we maintain a healthy mind and a healthy business altogether?
Manvi Bansal: People should understand that both things can go hand in hand. If you have a conversation with anyone working in a company, they’ll be down the whole day if they fight. On the contrary, if the other person is refreshed and energetic, he will do something great. If you do meditation in the morning, you will understand your thoughts. How are you feeling? And if you’re feeling something negative that bothers you, you will be able to find solutions for it. It’s not essential to work for 24 hours to achieve your goals because you’ll feel burnout at some point. Five to ten minutes of meditation will heal you a lot.
Q) Can you please brief our viewers about your coaching and services?
Manvi Bansal: As a manifestation life coach, I provide group coaching and one-on-one coaching. I also have a journaling course to discover myself. The course is about inner healing and how you can manifest your life with ease and effortlessly.
Manvi Bansal healed from her scars and now healing others from theirs and helping them manifest their life. She is euphoric about helping people to ease their life.
