Come March 3rd and Toronto will be one of the only three cities in the world to host the much-awaited The Office Experience. Following the success of the “FRIENDS Experience”, the pop-up is geared to be one of the most exciting events of spring-summer 2023. So, if you are a Dunder Mifflin employee at heart, it’s time to head to the Great White North.
The Creators
The Office Experience is created by the same collaborators that brought you The FRIENDS Experience in 2022. OGX and Universal Live Entertainment have teamed up once more to bring the beloved NBC sitcom to life. For the Toronto promotions, their collaborators are *Secret Toronto and Fever. Speaking of the highly anticipated show, Original X Productions Co-Founder Stacy Moscatelli says that The Office Experience is the “only place where fans can celebrate and interact with the series’ most iconic sets and moments.“

The Office Experience: Highlights
Once through the gates, the world of the Dunder Mifflin Paper Company comes to life. The organizers have worked closely with series creator Greg Daniels to make the exhibit as authentic as possible. The set pieces and recreations resemble the original Office props. The Office Experience borrows some pieces and costumes from the show. Visitors can also check out some cool pictures, unseen footage, and behind-the-scenes moments from the NBC mockumentary.
Even casual fans of the US Office will recognize the reception desk of Dunder Mifflin at Scranton Business Park. Like many others, you can take a picture here seated on the desk of beloved receptionist Pam Beesly.
The pop-up only heightens the excitement from here on out by offering more callbacks to iconic show moments. The list includes a visit to the inner sanctum at Dunder Mifflin, i.e. Michael Scott’s office. You can try a pose here amidst the meticulously created show replicas, including the Dundies Michael hands out to his employees (and himself) every year.
If you were a fan of Pam and Jim’s office romance, the exhibit gives you a chance to experience their wedding day. There is a life-size set of the wedding venue, complete with pews, bouquets, and red carpets where you can cheer on your favorite sitcom couple.
The Jim-Pam romance was one of the highlights of the show.

The Office Experience Toronto also has references to other fan-favorite show sets, including the Annex where employees play Dunder Ball. If you are ever near Dwight’s work desk you know you need to watch out for one of Jim’s pranks. So, staying true to the show, the show creators have even added a jello-encased stapler in one of his drawers!
You know you’ve been waiting for something like this. Why not book your tickets now?
A familiar scene for The Office fans everywhere.
A little way off is the break room where the Finer Things Club usually hung out. Aside from these, Schrute Farms and Ryan’s closet have been added to the list of interactive sets. The fan-favorite Kevin’s chili spill disaster has also been created into an immediately photographable moment. You can pose with the spilling pot as if you have just messed up the Dunder Mifflin office floor.
The Office Experience Gift Shop, designed to look like the Scranton Business Park Warehouse adds to the appeal. You can purchase your Office memorabilia and merchandise here. Some key items to be bought here include the Vod-juice-ka recipe glass and the keyring to the Agriculture Room at Schrute Farms.
