dark-roomThe sail of mind lost its path in the daring waves
Headed that wish to hide behind the doors of caves,
Eroding the worth of time in the vanishing way
Forging the whisper to keep the never seen pearl at bay.

Odious being the dawn of every awakening night
Uttered the words of peace before the ensuing might,
Retreat for the losses guiding the shedding day
Wooed those shattered screams to mould a soothing ray.

Appealing to the reason for a next best chance
Lapsing the hope in a distant mirage of glance,
Leap for a trail of untouched sky as the dream
Sealed the shadows cast on the lasting halo beam.
