What do you think are your responsibilities as an Indian Citizen to Make a better India?
Your responsibilities as a citizen of the country do not end with flag hoisting on 26th January and 15th August and paying homage to people who sacrificed their lives to provide a better livelihood for us.
ion. I am not telling you to hold a gun and die for our Nation or write patriotic poems and thoughts! No, that’s not the only thing you can do to express your love for our country! Other little things need our utmost attention. Try. Today I will tell you the ten most basic things that you can do regularly, which will help change India’s scenario today.
1. Unity (A Better India)
Develop the spirit of brotherhood. Behave nicely with everyone, and help the needy. It is as easy as that, but it will make a powerful impact.
2. Respect Women (A Better India)
Protect women around you. If you love India, try to protect and respect each person in our country.
3. Say No to drugs (A Better India)
India is a country of youth. Drugs and different types of unnecessary things are hampering tProgressess of our country.
4. Swachh Bharat (A Better India)
Keep your surroundings clean. Inspire others to do that too. This will make India a better place. The government cannot do anything about keeping the country clean. Sure they can impose laws and order, but a pure India is our responsibility in the end.
5. Put them in Classes, not in Glasses (A Better India)
Stop Child Labor: Children deserve to be in a class and not in a workplace, washing dishes! If you can help anyone stop child labor, then seriously, you contribute to IndiProgressess.
6. Drive Safe (A Better India)
Drive safely. Follow traffic rules. Ensure that the number of accidents decreases.
7. Each One Teach One-Let’s Educate India (A Better India)
Education is our weapon. We can develop rapidly if more and more people get educated. When possible, try to teach something lovely and meaningful to at least one person once in your lifetime. That will lead India to great heights. The literacy percentage of our country has improved, but it’s still not satisfactory. Try to make it 100%.
8. Afforestation (A Better India)
Plant trees. Save your life as well as the life of others. Trees are the only thing that provides us with so many things for free. So take the initiative and the responsibility, and plant a tree.
9. Switch off the Lights (A Better India)
Save electricity. Decrease your bills plus help the development of the country. Use renewable sources of energy if possible.
10. Use your Powers (A Better India)
Use your voting power. Learn to use it correctly. Choose the right person and feel the change! 😀
All these points which I have mentioned here are easy to follow. These are simple but can enormously help you contribute to major changes and development of the country!
