Have you ever been in a situation when you have known a person for several years, and they felt completely normal to you, but then one sudden day you get news that this person who seemed completely normal committed a heinous crime? You possibly cant believe it to be true. How could they do that? They seemed so nice and genuine.

What makes them do what they’ve done or what creates such a monster inside them that they get this defined strength to be a psycho killer or mass murderer?

Newspapers and magazines are filled with articles that talk about how an innocent person becomes a psycho killer.

What do you think caused these innocent people to become such psycho killers? Could it be their horrendous childhood situations, failures, psychological disorders, abnormalities or fake spiritualism in the name of God?

Research shows that 80% of people become psycho killers because of their horrendous childhood experiences and in the name of religion.

Isn’t it completely ironic?

God – who is supposed to be an epitome of peace, who always preaches to do good and be good to others, is used as an excuse for the crimes committed by such criminals.

Nithari’s case- Most of us know how a person atrociously killed nearly 50 children and ate them all. Unimaginable.

He made various confessions on TV, and we can clearly see that the case of these gruesome killings was due to their abnormal mental condition: Koli and Moninder Singh Pandher. Their case came to light in 2007.

Many small children and women were raped, beaten and sometimes even cooked.

According to the confessions that he made to the police, we can clearly see that he was a psycho.

He said in his confession that

“After that, without realizing in my mind, bad feelings started coming… to kill and hack someone, blood, that kind of bad feelings started coming in my mind,” he said. “It used to control my mind absolutely.

He, in his confessions, mostly talked about the pressure he felt to kill someone and how he killed them. After some time, when he came to his senses, he realized what he has done and how he got rid of those bodies.

This indicates that he was a psychopath.

There can be many reasons why a person reaches such a situation where he cannot decide or makes decisions that lead to disaster.

Some people even kill for pleasure because they like seeing others in pain.

Devendra Sharma –the doctor who became a killer. He killed 30-40 car drivers just because he wanted to make buck boosting cars.

The killer sisters-Renuka Shinde and Seema Gavit, were taught thievery from their mother, and later they started kidnapping children for the same. They also killed children who created problems. In their confession, they said that they don’t even remember how many children they have killed.

Many pieces of research are being conducted, but the actual reason that leads a person to such a condition that he turns into a monster is not clear.

There can be many reasons, but that does that justify their actions in any case. Such murderers cannot be pardoned no matter what.

Everyone has problems in their life, but it depends on us and how we deal with them. There is a very thin line between being sane and letting emotions run loose. If we cross that line, no one can stop us from being a psycho, and it’s that traumatic situation and how we deal with it is that defines us.

We cannot deny that if we recognize some early signs, we can still help them recover. It’s not an incurable disease. It’s just an abnormality caused by various situations, and if taken proper care as a good environment, we can still help these people.
