Teachers must be able to build a proper and healthy environment for their students to have discussions with various diverse groups of students.
Social, and emotional learning must be imparted in schools and colleges, and teachers must teach social awareness as a subject or a part of the curriculum. Students must be able to discuss emotions openly as this will let them build healthy relationships and better communication.
Listen to what others have to say:-
Becoming a better listener is the most important way to build and spread social awareness. Listening actively and keenly observing various diverse social situations will help you understand the working of social systems and institutions.
If you can develop the ability to listen to what other members of the society have to say, then you can learn a lot about society and other concepts in general. This makes us able to analyze the disciplinary problems of society and try to find solutions for them.
