  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine softened butter and salt, then mix well.
  3. Place a piece of chicken breast halves on a flat surface, and you can use a meat mallet to tenderize slabs of meat, do not forget to apply the cooking spray, then brush the top with the butter-salt mixture, and sprinkle some paprika.
  4. Top the chicken breast with ham and cheese slices followed by the ham and Swiss Cheese (add more cheese if you want it that way!)
  5. Start with the chicken roll of the chicken breast from one end. Make sure that it is tightly rolled and secure it with a rolling pin. You may use a toothpick to fasten the end of the stuffed chicken breasts to keep them from moving back.
  6. Next, take the remaining butter-salt mixture and add eggs to it. Give it a proper whisk.
  7. Brush the outer part of the chicken breasts with butter or add flour to make it smooth with the egg mixture (do not forget to egg wash before eating it ), then dredge in bread crumbs or seasoned breadcrumbs.
  8. Place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish, then bake for 25 minutes, or you can also use an air fryer to deep fry the chicken and wait for it to become golden brown. If the chicken is not fully cooked by this time, you can loosely cover it with aluminum foil and continue baking at a lower temperature until the chicken is cooked.
  9. Put the chicken into panko crumbs or in the seasoned breadcrumbs to make it crunchy.
  10. Remove from the oven and slice into thin cutlets for individual servings.
  11. Serve hot (add extra cheese if you want in the recipe ). Share and enjoy! And trust me, it will taste like the famous chicken cordon bleu of the blue-ribbon recipe.
  12. If not finished, you can store it in sheets of plastic wrap and put it into the refrigerator.
