- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and pepper, to taste

- 16 slices swiss cheese
- ½ lb ham and cheese (225 g), thinly sliced
- melted butter
- peanut oil, or vegetable oil, for frying

- 2 cups panko bread crumbs(100 g)

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
