Swati Kalra- First things first, it made me a positive person. If I talk about physical benefits, about 2 years back, I used to get a lot of pimples during my monthly cycle, and my hormones also used to take a toll, so that’s what yoga helped me to control. So it’s a win-win situation if you start yoga.

Swati Kalra- Since I had never used to work out earlier, so I didn’t know the importance of exercise. But when I started doing yoga, I saw a lot of changes.
