UPSC Civil Services Results 2022 Declared: Modi Applauds!

Examinations are a unique thing in this world. It creates a spirit of competition amongst the students. Moreover, it creates stress and other physical challenges.

Moreover, these factors multiply when the examination results determine your future. Examinations create havoc in life twice – once as the date approaches and the second prior results.

The UPSC conducts civil services exams annually. Also, lakhs of candidates appear for the same in the hope to grab an appointment with a grade-A officer and the UPSC announced the results of the civil services examination on 23 May 2023.

The winners of the examinations rejoiced at the opportunity presented to them to serve the country as a government servants. But, those who could not make it are heartbroken.

1. Narendra Modi Congratulates

Narendra Modi, the honorable Prime Minister of India is presently in Australia. He, however, took out his time to congratulate the young candidates who cleared the examination.

Taking it to a tweeter, Narendra Modi congratulated the successful candidates and wished them luck for their fruitful careers and his tweet reads,

“Congratulations to those youngsters who have cleared the Civil Services Exams. My best wishes for a fruitful and satisfying career ahead. This is a very exciting time to be serving the nation and bringing a positive difference in the lives of people.”

2. Modi Consoles Broken Hearts

To pass or fail in an exam is all part of the exam. But for a life-changing examination such as the Civil Service examination, a failure is indeed heartbreak. The efforts put in for preparation go in vain.

Well, Narendra Modi did not fail to console those candidates who failed the exam. In another tweet, he acknowledges the feeling of dejection amongst those who could not make it.

Modi also gives them hope stating the varied opportunities available in India.

His tweet reads,

“I understand the disappointment of those who couldn’t clear the Civil Services Exams. Not only will there be more attempts to avail but also India offers several diverse opportunities to showcase your skills and strengths. Wishing you the very best.”

The tweets by Narendra Modi were at the same time when he called India a Nation of Young Talents in Sydney. Moreover,  the tweets have got overwhelming support from his followers.

3. Twitterati Reacts

The Twitterati is full of support for Modi’s tweet and with those who could not make it. Additionally, Twitter also appears to be impressed with the kind gesture of their Prime Minister.

Numerous tweets are made in support of Modi. One user Nadim Akhtar tweeted in reply to Modi’s tweet,

That’s a thoughtful message, PM. Thank you for reminding us that failure in one area doesn’t mean the end of opportunities. It’s essential to explore diverse paths and keep persevering. #StayPositive #ExploreOpportunities

Another user Mahesh Bhavsar tweeted,

“India is a country with talented youth…..@narendramodi”. 

Moreover, his tweet additionally also contained a video clip of his speech to Modi in Sydney earlier in the day.

Finally, the results are here. Successful people rejoicing their hard work but those who couldn’t make it are disappointed.

It’s just part of life. We wish the winners all the best for their bright future and for those who couldn’t best wishes for their next attempt. For the time being, relatives are requested not to bother.
