Anamika Pandey is mental wellness and relationship coach. Anamika is also an NLP expert, life coach, and Holistic healer. She started her venture, “Your Guiding Light,” in 2020 after witnessing many people needing counseling sessions.
Anamika Pandey was very interested in spirituality from childhood and still believes in the universe. She wants to help millions more people with stress, anxiety, and depression. She also guides people with tarot consulting sessions and crystal healing sessions. Besides all this, Anamika is also known for counseling sessions for women dealing with relationship issues.
Icy Tales is in conversation with Anamika Pandey on her journey as a life coach and a lot more.
Q) Give us a brief glimpse of your journey, how you started, and what are your plans for the future?
Anamika Pandey– Since my childhood, I’ve been somebody who is inclined towards spirituality, being very curious about wellness and all of these things. And it so happened that when I was working as a creative designer, I had a very hectic schedule, so it was always like hustling from one place to another. Then I needed to do something about my stress and anxiety and take care of my well-being.
So, I took another step and started learning courses related to energy healing, life coaching, and wellness. I did these courses for a long time, and then 2020 came. 2020 was an opportunity for me; many people around me needed help in context to what I was doing; it was the starting point of my venture called Your Guiding Light, which looks into mind, body, and soul wellness.
It’s now been two amazing years that I’ve been helping people heal and grow, and I look forward to reaching many more people and helping them with life counseling and any help they need. In today’s scenario, wellness has many aspects, and everyone needs physical, emotional, and mental health; having a mentor or a life coach for that wellness is similar to how Arjuna had Krishna to guide him.
A life coach or mentor does that for you, irrespective of age. I could be mentoring somebody who is 65 or 16, and age does not matter; life coaching shows people a better path towards clarity and inner balance. So that’s what I am currently doing, hoping to take it forward to millions of people.
Q) You are an NLP expert, life coach, and mind trainer. How does all of this work?
Anamika Pandey– When we talk about life coaching, NLP, or mind training, it is all related to our neurons. Every human has a certain level of neurons; what we are, what we do, how we behave in our relationships, our habits, and our career performance are related to our neurons and our subconscious.
So if somebody is feeling anxious, stuck, having the post-traumatic disorder, anxiety, depression, or stuck in a toxic cycle in a relationship or career, all of this can be helped and revived through NLP and life coaching.
So that is the power of NLP and life coaching; it can work miraculously on anything and everything. Most of the diseases these days are psychosomatic, which means they are mentally created first and then reflected in your body, which can also help with many physical ailments.
Q) What are the symptoms, or how does the person know when they need healing?
Anamika Pandey– There could be many symptoms when we talk about energy healing. Some people’s energy gets drained when they are with a group of people; that’s another reason to understand that you need healing. Additionally, if you’re constantly procrastinating, that’s also one of many symptoms. Still, one of the most common symptoms I have witnessed is feeling exhausted and drained, and a lot of overthinking comes complimentary with all of this.
Q) Stress is the first word a person learns as he starts to mature. Is there any way to escape stress completely?
Anamika Pandey– Absolutely, yes. Apart from all the things I practice, the most important thing I do in my counseling and healing is give the person clarity about their life path and direction, which takes away a lot of stress. Clarity about where they want to go, what they want to do career-wise, and a lot more. According to my experiences, people have the most stress due to a lack of clarity in their life.
If you don’t know what you want, you will constantly be juggling between things, which adds a lot of stress. So, if you want to get rid of all of your stress, the first thing you need to do is to have clarity in your life. The more clear you are, the less stress you have.
Q) Why do people feel insecure in a relationship, and how can they come over that?
Anamika Pandey– When we say that somebody is feeling insecure in a relationship, it mostly happens for two reasons: not having a secure style growing up in your household. Especially in an Indian family, we have never been taught to handle our emotions correctly, which is one reason insecurity happens.
When you don’t know how to handle your emotions, feel them, or put them out, many triggers happen, and insecurity emerges. The second reason insecurity happens is that in today’s time, by the age of 28, almost everyone has had at least one relationship that has not gone very well.
So, what happens is that we kind of keep on jumping into one relationship after the other without working on ourselves and without cleansing the trauma that comes with a particular breakup. All of the past remains in our subconscious, so whenever something happens, your mind immediately relates it to the previous one, triggering your insecurity.
So, insecurity is not always about what your partner or any other person is doing, but it also is not addressing your past traumas. The only way to overcome your insecurities is by working on yourself. Understand and recognize your insecurity and triggers to deal with it in a better way. It’s like having your remote control in your own hands.
Q) How does spiritual healing help in mental well-being?
Anamika Pandey– First a fall, I want to clarify that energy is a very scientific concept, so when we talk about spiritual or energy healing, it is a whole scientific process. We are all made up of energy, and we have an electromagnetic field around us called an aura.
Your energy or the life force is what keeps you alive and running. Our energy captures it all throughout life when we go through certain experiences, situations, people, and environments. So, if you do not do energy healing or cleansing, it will get stuck in your subconscious and create mental, emotional, and physical issues. Energy healing is the process that can help you get rid of all the stuck traumas.
Q) You have your Instagram page filled with crystal healing, and you also own a store of the same. Please tell us how crystals help in healing.
Anamika Pandey– We all have an energy body. When we talk about genuine crystals, these are earth-found crystals that have very pure energy, so once they come in contact with your energy, they start communicating with your energy and uplifting it.
That is how it works. It is not like you wear a crystal, and it does that in one day like magic; it is a scientific process that takes time. There are many crystals for different things, namely confidence, career, anger, and much more. Your body has different energy centers, and these crystals work on these energy centers and uplift that energy to get the desired result.
Q) Sometimes, mothers generally exclaim that we fall ill because of negative energies and vibes. How much of this is true?
Anamika Pandey– The basic concept is that we are all energy bodies, so when we say somebody has put in negative energy, it is because they send negative vibrations towards you. And it is not that everyone catches it, but in today’s scenario, most people do not have a very healthy energy system. If you have a healthy energy system, your aura is strong, and you are emotionally strong, it might not affect you much.
But if you are feeling very low and drained, your aura is very weak; then it does happen that you get affected by the people’s vibrations, thoughts, and energies. That’s how it works; people send some energies, and if you have a strong shield, you can bounce it off without getting affected.
Q) How does aura cleansing work?
Anamika Pandey– Aura cleansing works on three levels: mental, emotional, and physical. Think of your body like a pond. Now you have been putting a lot of water, garbage, and different things in your pond; if you don’t change your water regularly and if there is stagnant water, it will become muddy and dirty.
This is what happens with our lifestyle; we don’t move a lot or do a lot of physical activity and are disassociated with the elements of nature. So, our energy becomes stagnant, and certain traumas and experiences get stored within it. Aura cleansing helps you to cleanse all of that and have clean and fresh water in your pond.
Q) What is one thing that inspires you to keep going and never give up?
Anamika Pandey– There have been times when I have been stressed and anxious, praying that I could get somebody to listen to me, help and guide me to get me out of this. So, I always think that then if I had a mentor or a coach to help me, what would it have done to me? So now, when I wake up every day, I have a mission to help everyone heal, grow, and transform. My utmost objective is to be the best version of myself, and I wish the same for everyone.
Q) Any experience from your client that you would like to share?
Anamika Pandey– There are many experiences, and I would like to share particularly two experiences that I would like to share. One was with a lady in her mid-30s, she had been through two physically abusive relationships, and as a child, she was never really loved.
So, when I worked on her through NLP, I witnessed a change in her beliefs about love after the sessions. This is for all my girls who are in a toxic relationship; trust me, you can be loved again just after a little bit of mental reprogramming,
The second experience I would like to share is of a lady who was in a very good position in a corporate but was never at peace, always in a hustle. When I worked with her through healing, she got into a better place in her career and terms of her relationships. She returned and told me that now she can see that her child respects and loves her more because she no longer feels frustrated and is calmer and composed.
