In his conversation with Icy Tales, he spoke about his field of work, and his journey as a transformational coach while also highlighting manifestation and the law of attraction.
Q) What is it like to be a transformational coach?
Avinash Anand Singh: Coaching primarily is a method through which you help people to live better lives. It can be career coaching, life coaching, or even health coaching; these are the most common ones. Transformational coaches like me are people who go deep down inside the mindset of people and not just make tiny changes but huge ones.
Our work is to help people, change their thinking in the deepest level of the mind, which then helps them to transform in every aspect of life. It’s a complete transformation process which is like taking the seed and then watching it become a fruit.
Q) When did you decide that you wanted to be a transformational coach?
Avinash Anand Singh: I started my journey in 2014 when I launched my venture and started coaching people. When that happened, I realized that I can’t just make people get results that are small and tiny but I wanted to do something which is really impacting people.
It was like when they meet me, they should’ve got a huge transformation in their life which happened only after meeting me. So after I started this journey, in a couple of years, I had the clarity of exactly doing what I wanted to do.
Q) Tell us something about the power of manifestation
Avinash Anand Singh: Manifestation is a process that primarily proves that the life we’re living right now is not just random events happening; there is science behind it. Ancient wisdom says that we live life, but simultaneously we’re also creating life, right? So manifestation is a process that we all carry out.
Most of us unknowingly do this when we set a goal for ourselves. We usually say like, this is my goal and I want to manifest this good in my life. Obviously, it requires physical effort as well, but that’s the process of manifestation. So this term became popular when there was a book called The Secret, written by Rhonda Bryan threw some light on this concept.
If you look at ancient Indian history, manifestation is shown in the literature and this has been talked about everywhere. What you’re thinking right now has a role to play in your future. Tomorrow, what will happen is linked to what you’re thinking right now, so that’s what manifestation is all about.
Q) How closely related are Manifestation and the Law of Attraction?
Avinash Anand Singh: Manifestation can be used anonymously but both are typically the same concept. Manifestation is possibly the thing you want. But when things happen in between and there are a lot of processes; that is the law of attraction. We live in a world that is understood by quantum physics. If you read quantum physics, it is clearly evident that our world is made up of energies where everything is vibrating.
If you ask a doctor or a scientist, they would say that any physical matter is made up of atoms. If you go inside the atoms, you have subatomic particles, and if you go further at the deepest level, you will find empty space which will have vibrating energies. Even when we speak, what everyone is listening to is the sound waves.
Right now I spend my thinking as part of my emotion. They can use a certain level of energy in my system, right? This energy then attracts similar energy from the universe outside as well. If you look at society at large, people with small qualities come together, for example, people who are fitness freaks are one group, etc. When people with similar qualities come in one kind of group, that’s attraction. Attraction is the process and manifestation is the end result of it.
Q) You have trained about 15,000 students in five different countries. What have been your major takeaways from doing this?
Avinash Anand Singh: These training sessions were held online for entrepreneurs in different countries. Our work was spread in India in the beginning but then we went online, internationally. We had people from the US, UK, Australia, and Canada also approaching us about the work and how to go about certain things.
When you interact with people from different countries and cultures, you realize that at a deep level, there are so many things in common. We all want to have love, be positive, be happy, be successful, and be significant. So in that way, if you look at human beings, this for me was learning as well as I realized that all of us typically want the same thing but still we end up fighting and not realizing that the happiness I want for myself is also what you want yourself eventually.
Once you realize that the needs are the same for everybody, then the question is, I want my happiness but can I also in some way help you get your happiness as well? If you start thinking from that angle, I think we can really transform the world into a better world, because then suddenly the fire, the jealousy, and the greed go away. We realize that there is a common link and that all human beings are connected. That was one of the learnings which I had.
