The character arcs are impressive, but the show’s true Star might be his mentor, Reigen Arataka, a complete absurdity and a genuine parental figure in the anime series which takes on supernatural requests, from exorcism to combat urban legends.

Deadman Wonderland was the show everyone loved, and everyone wanted more.
The show starts with the main character, Ganta Igarashi, being framed for the murder of his entire middle school classmates and being put to death row at the ‘Deadman Wonderland’ theme park and prison facility. Ganta will be taken into prison in which he was to be held. It’s the first of many nightmares for Ganta. Once he’s in prison, the plot diverts to being about how the systemic is based on the inmates competing to get cast in order to buy candy to stay alive.
It looked as though it would be normal days for Ganta Igarashi and his class to prepare for a class field trip to the Deadman Wonderland prison, where the robbers perform deadly actions for the prisoners. But his whole class is soon destroyed by a mysterious white guy.
This series is very similar to Attack on Titans, but the main thing about this is that it is really wholesome and thrilling!
20. Gurren Lagann

Gurren Lagann is set in a world where humans are forced to survive on the surface in underground colonies, and indeed, society has yet to know if the surface is owned by a monster called the Spiral King or his robotic crew. Simon and Kamina were a child of deep underground communities that hid beneath the fabled surface. Kamina, a free-spirit cannon, is attempting to name himself Simon, a timid teenager without real hopes and ambitions.
One day while digging the Earth, Simon finds an unexpected object that is the ignition key of the antiquity of warfare. But the never-stop sense that the series is elongating dynamism allows it to reach the end of the universe, enabling Gurren Lagann to continue to speak about humanity’s infinite possibilities.
Although Gurren Lagann prides itself on its mecha anime influence, the series has enough identity for itself as an original classic in the genre.
